To report a lost/stolen or possible Fraudulent activity on a Visa ATM/Debit Card after credit union office hours please call 1-800-221-9647.

The following States are Blocked for Swiped Transactions Only. If you purchase online or over the telephone where your card information is being keyed in the transaction should be authorized. Please call the credit union if you are having problems.

If you plan to travel to any of these states please call the credit union BEFORE YOU LEAVE. We will need to know the start date and the ending date of your trip. We will then be able to remove the block for the duration of your trip only.

Please make sure that the credit union has current telephone contact information on file so that we may contact you if we suspect any fraudulent activity on your card.

Duke Energy bills can now be paid at the credit union office for same day credit. We can accept cash or check. This is a free service brought to you by Duke Energy and your credit union.
