If you submit a written request there is a standard form that needs to be submitted and we have to form available at the credit union.

VISA Debit Cards to pay for all of your purchased out of your checking account instead if writing a check. Accepted anywhere VISA is accepted.
Duke Energy bills can be paid at the credit union office for immediate credit with Duke Energy. Cash or check can be used. If you have more than one electric bill and you are paying by check you will need to have a separate check for each electric bill. This is a Duke Energy requirement.
